At Helm Innovations AB, we understand the unique needs of sailors and strive to make shipping as seamless as possible, no matter where your adventure takes you.

  • Shipping Regions: We currently ship across Europe mainland, including remote special locations like marinas. If you’re on a sailing yacht, we can deliver directly to ports or marinas—just provide the details during checkout.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-10 business days. For pre-orders, shipping begins early 2025.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, with most orders arriving within 7-14 business days. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We aim to keep costs fair and transparent.

  • If your shipping location is not listed in the checkout please reach out to us.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality and durability of the :HELM. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Need a replacement? Contact us to arrange an exchange for a defective or damaged product.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.​
