Orders and Payments

Returns and Refunds
Cooling-Off Period: EU customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason (the cooling-off period).
Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds include the original shipping cost, except for non-standard shipping methods.
Warranties
All products come with a 2-year legal warranty under European law. If your product is defective or does not conform to the contract, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no extra cost.

Customer Relocation: If the customer has moved to a different EU country or outside of the EU after purchase, we will endeavor to fulfill the warranty claim.
Excessive Shipping Costs: In cases where shipping costs to the new location are significantly higher than the original delivery cost, we may:
Request the customer to cover the additional shipping charges exceeding the original delivery cost.
Provide an alternative solution, such as shipping the replacement to a nearby standard-cost location (e.g., a central marina or hub).
